Terms of Service

By enrolling in any course with us, students agree to abide by the following Terms of Service.

 

These terms are established to promote a smooth, respectful and professional learning environment for all participants. They are designed to set clear expectations, protect the rights of both students and instructors and ensure that everyone benefits fully from their educational experience.

Group Classes

  • No Rescheduling: Group classes are held on fixed schedules and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Missed Classes: If a student misses a group class for any reason, it will be considered as taken. No make-up session or refund will be provided.

  • Recordings and Photography: Audio or video recording of classes is strictly prohibited. Taking photos during classes is not allowed.

  • Course Fees: No additional registration or administrative fees will be charged. Course materials are included in the course price unless specified otherwise.

  • Non-Refundable: Fees paid for group classes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Private Classes

  • Rescheduling: Private classes may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Late Cancellations: Classes cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered as taken and non-refundable.

Mini-Group Classes
(2–3 students)

  • Rescheduling: Mini-group classes may only be rescheduled if all participants agree, and notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed Classes: If a participant is absent and no reschedule was requested in time by the group, the class will proceed and be considered as taken.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Courses purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotion are non-refundable.

Cancellations by the Tutor

  • If a course is cancelled by the tutor for any reason, 100% of the course fees will be refunded to the student.

  • Where possible, make-up sessions will be offered or an alternative starting date will be negotiated as an option before a refund is issued.

General Provisions

  • By joining any course, the student acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

  • These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
